Objective: To create a learning platform for all employees of a global cement manufacturer to explore their operating model.
Manufacturing is an intensely process, compliance and cost restrictive environment. Our scenario learning maps were used to take employees through a working operating model. This model included Decoding exercises around health and safety, customer segmentation, compliance, process improvements, product knowledge, the competitive environment and management behaviors. A full Decoding kit was delivered including maps, cards, activities and a train-the-non-trainer event.
